Client Services - Technical Support
Responsibilities:
Reporting to the APEXWare client services team leader, you will
be responsible to provide:
- APEXWare mobile worker application support (telephone, on-site)
and issue resolution
- Installation of APEXWare on client premises or pre-configure
and test systems before deployment
- Support internal APEX server/desktop hardware, office applications
and networks
- APEXWare application end user and technical training
- Quality assurance testing of APEXWare applications
Qualifications:
- Passionate about technology and solving client problems.
- Applicable experience in an IT application support or training role.
- Experience responding to client issues, supporting internal company
resources, and providing problem resolution in a timely manner.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced team environment performing multiple
tasks and meeting deadlines with minimal supervision.
- Highly effective written and verbal communication skills. French
language skills considered an asset.
- Working knowledge of networks, applications, programming, databases
and application testing.
- Applicable Engineering, Computer Science, Science or equivalent
degree or diploma.
- Must have a valid driver's license and a vehicle.
Salary will be commensurate with experience.
