Client Services - Technical Support

Responsibilities:

Reporting to the APEXWare™ client services team leader, you will be responsible to provide:

  • APEXWare™ mobile worker application support (telephone, on-site) and issue resolution
  • Installation of APEXWare™ on client premises or pre-configure and test systems before deployment
  • Support internal APEX server/desktop hardware, office applications and networks
  • APEXWare™ application end user and technical training
  • Quality assurance testing of APEXWare™ applications

Qualifications:

  • Passionate about technology and solving client problems.
  • Applicable experience in an IT application support or training role.
  • Experience responding to client issues, supporting internal company resources, and providing problem resolution in a timely manner.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced team environment performing multiple tasks and meeting deadlines with minimal supervision.
  • Highly effective written and verbal communication skills. French language skills considered an asset.
  • Working knowledge of networks, applications, programming, databases and application testing.
  • Applicable Engineering, Computer Science, Science or equivalent degree or diploma.
  • Must have a valid driver's license and a vehicle.

Salary will be commensurate with experience.
