Team Leader - Solution Delivery Group

Responsibilities:

As a team leader in the solution delivery group, you will manage projects and APEX resources to successfully deliver work assignments throughout North America. You and your team will install our APEXWare™ mobile worker solutions in one or more of the following areas: merchandizing, sales and delivery, field service, transportation and logistics and warehouse management.

The pace is fast, the technology ever-changing; your contribution will make a difference.

Required Skills:

• Must have a minimum of three (3) years experience successfully managing an applicable solution delivery group.
• Experience managing client expectations, coordinating internal company resources and executing day-to-day project management tasks.
• Five to seven (5-7) years of relevant experience successfully installing similar solutions.
• Candidates must have an applicable university degree.

Additional Skills:

• Ability to identify, quantify and qualify business requirements and related processes and previous experience working with software developers to communicate these requirements.
• Sales, Field Service, Manufacturing, Distribution, or Logistics work experience
• Ability to work in a fast-paced team environment that will require travel in North America
• Strong communication skills; both written and verbal.
• Working knowledge of .Net programming and SQL databases.
