Team Leader - Mobile Solutions Group

Responsibilities:

Reporting to a managing partner, the successful candidate will lead and manage a team of application developers, architects and designers. Your skills, innovation and hard work will help shape the future of our mobile worker solutions.

Required Skills:

• Must have a minimum of three (3) years experience successfully managing a .Net development team.
• Five to seven (5-7) years of relevant application design and development experience on the .NET platform.
• Experience with mobile applications and Window mobile o/s is a strong asset.
• Must be proficient with Microsoft SQL Server or Sybase databases.
• Candidates must have an applicable university degree. Software engineering graduates welcome.

Additional Skills:

• The individual should be responsible, self-motivated, energetic, and inquisitive with strong interpersonal communication and teamwork skills.
• Clear and concise written and verbal communication with effective time management, leadership and conflict resolution skills and good customer relationship skills.
• Familiar with standard System Development Lifecycle methodologies such as Object-Oriented Analysis and Design, classic structured Analysis and Design.
• Exhibit work experience managing projects through the entire SDLC, including system architecture design experience.
