APEXWare™ Field Service is the next generation solution for your mobile service work force.

APEXWare™ Field Service is completely paperless thus eliminating all errors associated with re-keying information and misplaced paper. We do provide the capability to print client invoices and work orders on demand at point of service.

Mobile workers use handheld devices with bar-code scanners, phones, and/or tablets operating over a wireless network to perform their daily tasks. When the wireless network is not available, our solutions are able to support both on-line and off-line operation completely transparent to the user.

Work orders are dispatched throughout the day, service personnel complete work orders, and transmit them back to you as they are completed. Technical bulletins are available from a web browser and your clients pay for the service on-the-spot with their MasterCard™ or VISA™. Management reporting includes web based detailed reporting.
